Mangal Singh is the Co-Founder and COO of TechPhosis Private Limited, bringing 25+ years of leadership experience in wireless communications, telecom products, and system engineering. He has held senior roles at Radisys, Altran/Aricent, and Bharat Electronics, contributing to the evolution of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G technologies.
As Global Head of Product Management at Radisys, he led product strategy and development for global telecom markets, working closely with leading OEMs, ODMs, operators, and technology partners. His deep understanding of wireless technologies and strong industry ecosystem drives TechPhosis’s product innovation and next-generation 5G /6G solutions.
Ritesh Aggarwal is a distinguished global business leader, entrepreneur, and technology evangelist with more than two decades of experience in the communications, wireless, and deep technology industries. Over the course of his career, he has successfully led technology innovation, business transformation, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives across multiple geographies, establishing himself as a trusted advisor to CXOs, technology leaders, and industry stakeholders worldwide.
As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TechPhosis, Ritesh is spearheading the company’s vision of driving innovation at the intersection of wireless communications, artificial intelligence, robotics, and emerging digital technologies. Under his leadership, TechPhosis has rapidly evolved into a profitable and globally recognized deep-tech organization, serving customers across multiple regions while building a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and execution. The company actively collaborates with leading OEMs, system integrators, academic institutions, research organizations, and government bodies, and is a member of several strategic national technology alliances. TechPhosis is also engaged in pioneering research focused on the convergence of advanced communication technologies, AI, robotics, and wearable systems, helping shape the future of connected intelligent ecosystems.
Prior to founding TechPhosis, Ritesh served as the Asia Pacific Geography Head for the Licensing Business at Capgemini, where he was responsible for driving business growth and strategic expansion across the region. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of 5G technologies and was instrumental in supporting more than 100 leading OEMs in the development of next-generation telecommunications products across Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, India, and Southeast Asia. Beyond wireless communications, he successfully expanded business opportunities across wireline communications, cloud technologies, and automotive domains, creating substantial international revenue streams and building one of the industry’s most extensive technology partner ecosystems.
Earlier in his career, Ritesh held leadership positions spanning Research & Development, Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, and Technology Consulting with renowned multinational organizations including Hughes Software Systems, Aricent, and Altran. These experiences provided him with a unique blend of technical depth, commercial acumen, and strategic vision that continues to define his leadership style today.
